Race Set-Up

Details

Join us prior the the start to help set up tables and tents for the event. Setup will be complete prior to 7:30, so you will still be able to participate in the 5k.

Volunteers will receive t-shirt to wear on race day. Please indicate shirt size when registering as a volunteer.

Meet at the Starting Line: Lower Blue Jacket Park, near the intersection of Meeting Place & Lower Park Road.

Details

Be along the course to provide assistance and support to the walkers and runners. Feel free to bring pom-poms or noise makers to cheer along the participants as they pass. Volunteers should carry a mobile phone to contact race director in the event of an emergency along the course.

Volunteers will receive t-shirt to wear on race day. Please indicate shirt size when registering as a volunteer.

Kid's Run Volunteer

Provide encouragement and assistance to kids participating in the Kid's Run.

Kid's Run takes place after the completion of the 5k so volunteers are able to do both: participate (or volunteer) in the 5k and volunteer to help at the Kid's Run..

Race Clean-Up

At the close of the event; assist with take down of tents and tables. All garbage must be picked up and taken away from park.
