Turkey Day 5K Volunteer Registration

Water Station on Race Course

You must be 16 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 6 more volunteers needed.

Details

6 to 8 people for this water station. Volunteers should arrive by 7:00 am. Volunteers are responsible for filling water cups prior to participants passing the station. Re-filling as needed, handing out water to participants, and cleaning up water station area after all participants have passed.

Details

Volunteers should arrive by 6:45am if working the registration table. Take walk up registrations, assign bibs, collect race fees, and give out packets to pre-registered participants. This area is supervised by a Race Time Sports staff member.

Details

Volunteers are asked to hand out finisher medals and water to finishing participants. Volunteers should arrive by 7:30am to help unpack finisher medals and make final preparations for the finish line.
