Day of Packet Pick-up volunteers will check in pre-registered participants on iPads and help pass out the participant packets, t-shirts, goody bags, and any other race information to the participants prior to race start. Day of Registration volunteers will help assist staff in registering participants on race day. Jobs include registering their information, handing out packets, shirts, as well as goody bags.

Volunteer & Store Tent Volunteers play a key role in race morning operations! They will assist with checking in fellow volunteers, distributing assignments and materials, and helping ensure everyone is set up for success. After check-in, they will support the Stan’s Store Tent by assisting participants with merchandise purchases, answering questions, organizing inventory, and creating a fun, welcoming shopping experience. Friendly, organized, and energetic individuals are perfect for this role!

They will direct and lead volunteers during the task assigned. Station Captains must be older than 21 years old and have had previous race experience.
