Volunteers will help pass out race shirts and bibs to runners. Please arrive by 4:15 for set up as runners will start arriving early prior to 4:30.

Race Day Volunteers

Race day Packet Pick up ( Saturday 4/11 7:30AM -- 9AM) High Priority

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Volunteers will help pass out race shirts and bibs to runners. This will be outside so dress according to the weather. Please arrive by 7:30 so we can be ready by 7:45.

Location

PFW campus, Gates Center. We will be just inside door 3 that faces the Music center. Parking in P3 garage will be the best option.

Water Station # 1 (Johnny Appleseed Park) Saturday 4/11 8:45AM-11:30PM High Priority

Volunteers will pass out water and Sports Drink to runners for both the Quarter and Half marathon.

Location

Parking and station will be set up near the parking lot for the dog park. Runners will pass by this station 2 times.

Water Station #2 (Plex parking lot) Saturday 4/11 9 AM - 12:00 PM High Priority

Volunteers will pass out water and Sports Drink to runners for the Half marathon.

Location

Park in the lots located north of the main Plex building adjacent to the soccer fields. Runners will pass by this area 2 times in an out and back format. address: 1807 EAST CALIFORNIA RD FORT WAYNE, IN 46825

Water Station #3 (Shoaff Park) Saturday 4/11 9:15AM - 12:30 PM High Priority

Volunteers will pass out water and Sports Drink to runners for the Half marathon.

Location

Parking and station is set up will be inside Shoaff Park where the greenway path enters the park. Detailed directions will be sent prior to race day.

Finish Line (Saturday 4/11 9:15AM - 12:30 PM) Medium Priority

At least 2 more volunteers needed.

Details

Volunteers will help at the finish line area passing out water,food and medals to both events.

Location

PFW Campus
finish line will be located between the back of the Gates Center and the Music Center. Parking in P3 garage is recommended.
