2. Promote vendors and teams during breaks
3. Roam around vendor village and team tent area looking for promotional ideas

Equipment set up and field reset

Details

Responsibilities may include:
1. Morning set-up of the field and any other areas as needed
2. Working with the Equipment Manager to move equipment on and off the field as needed for each event and each heat. *MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT UP TO 50lbs*
3. Ensuring water coolers around the field are filled with water and have cups available
4. Picking up trash and monitoring trash receptacles
5. Monitoring restrooms for cleanliness and reporting any issues to facility staff
6. Sanitizing off all equipment after each team has completed their use the equipment

1. Helping with setting up volunteer check-in area and tearing down at appropriate time
2. Checking in volunteers as they arrive, making sure they have the correct color volunteer shirt (based on position)
3. Directing volunteers to the appropriate position/leader and/or giving instructions as needed
4. Overseeing the volunteer lunch, including setting up, monitoring food, cleaning up
5. Assisting the Volunteer Director as needed
6. Make sure snacks are replenished

1. Prepping the field as much as possible for the event (setting up cones, etc.)
2. Setting up tables, chairs, banners, signs, etc. in the big tent and inside the check-in area

6. Loading Trucks
