Help prepare and hand out food to athletes after they've finished their race. This includes set up and tear down of food tent.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes to your shift. Please check in with the volunteer coordinator at the blue Tris4Health tent.

Details

Provide support, nutrition, and hydration to athletes during their trail run.

Please arrive 10 minutes before shift time and text 616-635-1035 when you have arrived. You do not need to check in at ground zero first. You can drive directly to the aid station and park on the side of the road. The aid station supplies will already be at their location. Please set up the table using the instructions in the box and tear down table when it is time to break down. Race staff will pick up the table and aid station box.
