Details

Bikers will be cheered on and congratulated. One person will be present in the parking lot and one indoors to help give "numbers" to each person who finishes the race and are present, so they can be eligible for prizes. Water bottles will also be distributed. One person will be inside at Meadowlark Brewery, where drinks will be available and prizes will be given.

Details

pick up of water and snacks, table and banner, will be arranged closer to. race day, and set up at the midpoint. Bailey's ice cream truck will also be there.

Location

Downtown on 29th street between 10th and 11th Avenue, in front of the Billings MRI Center (near to. where there are 2 EV changers and parking places on the street for electric vehicles). In the event of precipitation, set up can occur under the overhang at the MRI center

Each participant will fill out a paper waiver and receive an arm band to wear. Their name (from pre-registration) will get checked off.

Details

Check in, registrants sign a waiver and receive an arm band. The group will be led (with you with a stop sign and orange vest) across Shiloh to the East side of the road, where they will wait and begin biking with the leader of the ride (who started at the 20 miler location at the Meadowlark Brewery) arrives.

You will wear an orange vest and carry a SLOW/STOP sign and direct bikers on the correct route
