Packet Pick-Up Volunteers
1.) Assist in setting up registration
2.) Meet with a Junction 311 worker
3.) Greet each runner with a smile
4.) Ask for bib number, use numbers on box as reference
5.) Read name & race registered
6.) Call out t-shirt size (no swapping until the race starts)
7.) Walk Ups- Fill out registration form, collect payment for day of race and place in cash box, assign and write bib number on form
8.) Do not give walk ups a shirt. They must check after the race starts
9.) If there is a question you can’t answer, get a Junction 311 Team Member
10.) Smile! We appreciate you!
