Course Volunteers will be on duty from 11:30 pm - 3:00 pm – situated at various stations/obstacles along the course. Volunteers may be shuttled onto the beach or may be asked to walk up to 1 mile to their assigned location. Feel free to wear fun costumes, bring speakers to play family-friendly music, bring some cow bells – or anything else to make your volunteer time that much more fun! Course volunteers will receive a 'goody bag' with snacks, an energy bar or two and treats to keep their vigor and enthusiasm up through the entire race. There will be a visit by a race course director to all stations between the race wave events.
