Early Saturday morning as soon as the stadium gates are open: set up timing table and (if weather expected) canopy, set up awards tables, set out awards on tables, set up finish line flag, set out cones before and after stadium entrance, set up chute after finish line (to aid chip pulling), set up drink stands and coolers, mix electrolyte drink, set up snack tables, set out snacks (about half) on tables, move trash cans to convenient locations. Note: timing team will set up timing equipment.
