Volunteers will assist runners with check-in, bib assignment, packet pick-up on November 14th (the day before the race) from 3 - 6 pm

Race day set-up, distribute t-shirts, sort medals, and pass out medals to winners

Details

These volunteers will help with all types of race day tasks. Show up to the Regional Park Pavilion at 2:30 pm, Saturday, November 15th. Please note that the park will close to vehicle traffic and you will not be able to exit the park until the race ends (approx. 7 - 7:30 pm).

These volunteers will help direct people to parking and give directions to the Pavilion. Show up to the Regional Park Pavilion at 3 pm, Saturday, November 15th. Please note that the park will close to vehicle traffic and you will not be able to exit the park until the race ends (approx. 7 - 7:30 pm).

Details

Volunteers will help pass out water to the runners when they finish the race. Since you will need to show up early, you may be given other tasks. Just ask someone who looks like they know what they are doing :-) Since the park closes to vehicle traffic until the race is over, you will not be able to leave until 7:30 pm.

Children's Race Turnaround

Details

Help make sure our littlest runners stay on the course! Our children's run is 1/4 mile out and back to the finish line. Volunteers will be stationed at the turnaround to cheer for the kids and make sure they turn around and go back to the finish.

Stationed at the turnaround for the 1-mile walk/run, these volunteers make sure our 1-mile participants don't accidentally run the 5K! You will be cheering them on and directing them to turn around and head to the finish.
