Tear-Down
The role of our tear-down volunteers will be assisting our race staff and race director in quickly but cleanly packing up timing equipment, the aid station, and any other staging area materials like cones or tents. These individuals should be able to drive, lift at least 50 pounds, and have a hop to it attitude. In the event these hours occur prior to daylight hours please be equipped with a headlamp and any other apparel needs depending on the setting (indoor or outdoor / cold rainy)
In general these volunteer hours will take place within 30 minutes before the last finisher and no more than 1 hour after the race has concluded.
Please check the time slots for available aid station needs. An email from our volunteer coordinator (Bethany Lannon and/or Michael Busick) will be sent out the week of the race. All volunteers will receive a FREE race entry upon request from our race director
