Details

Volunteers at the Snow Slide will be helping with:
-Waivers
-Front of line
-Back of line
-Helping people get set on top of the slide
-Moving tubes back and forth

All volunteers will receive a food voucher and volunteer name badge and River of Lights t-shirt. Volunteers will be able to park in our reserved parking at Central Catholic High School.

Cookie Giveaway Volunteers will help with:
-Hand out cookie decorating kits ( 1per person)
-Will be at the cookie giveaway booth until your specified time or we run out

Photo Ops Volunteer will be helping with:
-taking photos for people needing help at each of the photo op stations
-Volunteers will be roaming between photo op stations in pairs
-There will be 2 pairs of volunteers roaming

All volunteers will receive a food voucher and volunteer name badge and River of Lights t-shirt. Volunteers will be able to park in our reserved parking at Central Catholic High School.

Details

Volunteer Check In/Roaming Volunteer will help with:
-Checking in volunteers as they arrive and helping them to their locations
-Checking on volunteers around the event throughout the night
-Switching out with volunteers in case they need to use the restroom, get water, etc.
-Collecting any lost and found items in a designated lost and found area at the volunteer check in booth
-Helping to make the yard games look nice when roaming around and checking on other volunteers throughout the night
***The volunteer booth will be placed next to the stage and can get very loud***

All volunteers will receive a food voucher and volunteer name badge and River of Lights t-shirt. Volunteers will be able to park in our reserved parking at Central Catholic High School.

Letters to Santa Volunteer will help with:
-Organizing papers and writing utensils at the Letters to Santa station
-Volunteers will help direct people to the Santa mail slot
-Volunteers must be cheerful and willing to call people over to the station to get it going

Photography Volunteer will help with:
-Roaming the event and taking pictures

IMPORTANT
-Photography volunteers must bring their own camera
-Any and all photographs taken will only be used by the recreation team internally and will not be shared
-If there are photos that we would like to share publicly the recreation team will ask for permission before sharing the photos
-We are primarily looking for pictures of staff and VOLUNTEERS
-We are secondly looking for pictures that capture the essence of the event
