How It Works

🏃 Choose your go-to distance. Pick the distance you run most often, but feel free to switch distances at any event.

📝 Register once for the entire year. We’ll automatically add you to every Silver Circle Sports Events–owned race included with the pass.

🎉 Just show up and run. Can’t make a race? No problem—there’s nothing to cancel or reschedule.

⏱️ Skip the packet pickup line. You’ll receive a reusable ankle timing chip for the season, so race morning is faster and easier.

🏅 Earn all the race-day rewards. Pass holders are eligible for age-group awards, series awards, and finisher medals.

👕 Grab a shirt when extras are available. Shirts are not included with the pass, but you’re welcome to one after the race when extras remain.

🌲 Enjoy two complete race series. Your pass includes the Wisconsin Trail Assail Series and the Chilly Willy Winter Run Series.

🙌 Arrive ready to race. You can literally show up five minutes before the start and be good to go. We don’t necessarily recommend testing that every weekend, but you can.

✨ Start early at no additional charge. All pass holders receive a free upgrade to available early-start options.

What’s Not Included

• 🚴 Lake Country Triathlon (discount available during registration).
• 🚫 Deferrals or transfers to another runner.
• 👕 Individual race shirts.
• 📅 Third-party/client races (check our event schedule for the full list).

Timing

Your All Access Pass includes a reusable ankle strap with your personal timing chip for the entire season—one less thing to worry about on race day! Simply return it at the end of the pass year. A $30 replacement fee applies only if the strap and chip are lost or not returned.

Why It’s Worth It

If you only do a couple races a year, this pass probably isn’t for you. 🤷‍♂️ But if you race often (13+ times) 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ or just hate waiting in line 😅—it’s a no-brainer. It even covers some of our biggest races 🎉 plus a few new ones we’ve got in the works.

Fine Print

• 📌 Pass is valid for one person only. No transfers, no chip sharing & no deferrals.

• 🚫 If we catch you giving your chip to someone else, you’ll be treated like a bandit = lifetime ban.

👕 Nope—that’s how we keep the price low. But if shirts are left after a race, they’re yours for the taking.

When do I get my ankle strap?

I like bibs. Do I get one?
🖊️ Yes—we’ll have bibs without chips available for those who like to collect them.

Can I give my chip to a friend if I can’t make it?
🚫 Nope. Doing so = lifetime ban. Seriously.

Why don’t I see all races in my profile yet?
🗓️ No worries—we typically add All Access Pass holders to each race a couple weeks before the event.
