You have a choice of two distances: Sprint- 300m swim/10k bike/5k run, Super Sprint- 150m swim/5k bike/2.5k run

Course Information

Sprint- 300m swim/10k bike/5k run
Super Sprint- 150m swim/5k bike/2.5k run

The swim will be in the War Memorial pool and run/bike loops will be through scenic Martinsburg
