About this Race Series

Eligible Races: See SpectaSport's Upcoming Races calendar and look for the GetPhound Series logo next to eligible races. For races with multiple distance options, only the "featured" event distance is eligible for Series Points. Check back regularly for additional races near you that have been added to this points series.

All Age Groups (Male & Female) will receive points at each race: 25 to the winner, then 24 for second, 23 for third and so on. All finishers get at least one point. In addition, the top three male and female finishers at each race will receive bonus points (3 to the winner, 2 for second and 1 for third). Your points score is your total of all age group points plus any overall points. Your series age is whatever age you are on December 31. Age Groups for series scoring purposes are 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Points are updated every Wednesday afternoon once protest period from previous weekend's has expired and race results are official. In the event of a tie score at the end of the series, the tie will be broken by the score from the most recent race entered by any of the tied competitors.

Though not required, we do recommend that you register online and use your free account on RunSignUp.com to register for all races so that all your information is exactly the same from race to race for more accurate scoring. Awards: Guaranteed minimum $100 each for the top Male and Female points scorers.
