Full Refund: Receive your registration fee back.
Donate Registration Fee: Choose to donate your fee to Mothers Helping Mothers. We appreciate your support!
All requests, for any reason, must be submitted by October 5th. Requests after this date are not eligible for a refund or donation.
Weather & Event Cancellation
Participant safety is our priority. If the race is canceled due to extreme weather (e.g., lightning, hurricanes) or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control:
Notification: We'll notify you via email and our website/social media.
No Refunds for Cancellation: Funds are committed to expenses, so no refunds will be issued for cancellations due to weather or other uncontrollable events.
Alternative Options: We'll explore options like deferring registration to next year or providing a discounted entry for a future event.
