Refund Policy
By registering for the Gold Rush Adventure Challenge, you acknowledge that all entries are non-refundable. If you are unable to race for any reason, please reach out to us at goldrushadventureracing@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you transfer your entry to another racer or apply it as a credit toward a future Gold Rush event. Entry transfers must be completed no later than 2 weeks prior to race day. The race will be held rain or shine, and all event details including course, schedule, and logistics are subject to change due to weather, permits, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Gold Rush Adventure Racing reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event if necessary. Participants are responsible for staying informed of all race updates.
