Here are some frequently asked questions.  If you don't see the answer you are looking for, contact Rebecca Neely at NeelyRL@archildrens.org or at (479) 725-2962.

I have a supporter that doesn’t want to put credit card information on a website, but wants to donate. What other payment options are available?
That’s easy! The donor can mail a check payable to Arkansas Children’s Foundation to 4093 W. Sunset Ave., Suite 102, Springdale, AR 72762. In the memo, be sure to write “RIDE and your name” so that we can credit your page for your hard work!

What donation options are available to my supporters?
Friends and family can help you reach your fundraising goal by making a one-time donation or by making a pledge per mile that you ride. It’s up to them!

What are the best ways to fundraise?
Email is the #1 way to fundraise, followed closely by texting and Facebook Fundraisers. Check out the Fundraising Success Toolkit to learn more.

Can I still participate if I don’t have a real bike?
Of course! Some of our participants are using stationary bikes and others are pledging to walk a certain number of miles for kids at Arkansas Children’s Northwest! No matter the activity, we want you to go the distance for kids!

What are the incentives?
When you have raised $100 you will receive the Ride for a Healthier Tomorrow T-shirt and a custom exclusive headband (generously donated by Junk Brands).  When you reach $500 you receive the t-shirt, headband and a custom Primal Cycling Jersey.  The overall Individual Top Champion (funds raised) will receive a $500 gift card to Gearhead Outfitters and the Top Team Champion will receive a $2,000 Gearhead Outfitters Gift Card.

Is there a certain amount of miles I need to ride?
No, you can set your own goal for the number of miles you wish to ride.  Be sure to visit our Maps page to find a route or to break up your normal routine!

Can I ride any type of bike/route?
Yes, you can ride anyway you wish.  Love Mountain Biking, go for it, but be safe!  Want to take the whole family, check out the many options on the Razorback Greenway.  Just send us photos of your ride and be sure to share your adventures on your fundraising Facebook page!  Use the hashtags #RideForAHealthierTomorrow and #ChampionsForChildren.
