Join us for a brand new addition to the EPIC Series! Barnaby's Challenge Course is a stand-alone course similar to the ELITE Course, but with lighter weights and more fun! If you've ever wanted to try the ELITE Course but felt too intimidated by the heavy weights, now is your chance to give it a try! Perfect for Athletes who have had some experience training with Crossfit or powerlifting, but are still working their way up to heavier weights, or for those who just want to have a blast and give it a go!
