Train It!
This training series will incorporate walking/jogging a park path while stopping at stations to complete various callisthenic exercises or strength building challenges. It's always a favorite in the Start It, Stanly! wellness series. Each challenge can be tailored to grow every fitness level from beginner to advanced. All are welcome!
We do ask participants be at least 12 years old or remain with an adult during the course. Childcare is not provided.
