Stay consistent, strong, and motivated through the winter with Base Builders, an 8-week in-person strength program with an optional run plan, designed for recreational adult runners in St. Louis. This series blends functional, runner-specific strength training with the option of a personalized base-building run plan, helping you lay the groundwork for a healthy, confident spring racing season.
Dates & Times: Sundays, Nov 9 - Dec 28 10:30 - 11:30 (except 12/21, which will be 9:30 - 10:30)
