What Divisions Can You Race In?
Onewheel Divisions
Pro Men/Pro Woman- If you have placed top 3 in amateur in the past at a event, you should definitely go pro and see how you stack. This is very fast paced and highly competitive. If this is your first event and you dont have a good amount of experience going fast on trails or being around others on trails, you should try out expert this year.
Expert Men/Expert Woman- This was known as amateur, now calling it Expert. If you are wanting to race but haven't tried before, this is a good place to start. Still competitive but not as intense as pro division. See how you do and maybe next event give pro a try if you think you can hang with them!
Clydesdale 215lb+ - If you are 215lbs plus and want to throw down against other riders of your size, this is the division for you.
Legends- If you are 50 years young and looking to face off with other legends, do it.
Teens 14yrs-17yrs- If you are not ready to race against the adults and want to race against other teens your age this is perfect! If you feel like you want to be more competitive and show the old timers what's up then maybe jump into the amateur bracket if its your first time!
Kids 13yrs & Younger- Race against other kids and have a blast flying down the trails! Keep working on those skills so you can beat the teenagers when you are older!
**Only Future motion boards will receive points towards the ORL Rankings**
**Kids ages of 13 and younger do not qualify for ORL Rankings.**
Electric Unicycle Divisions
Pro/Amateur-This year for Electric unicycles we will be placing riders into Pro / Amateur divisions based on qualifying times. Top half of riders will move into pro and bottom half will be amateur. This is beneficial to new riders that are unsure to which division they should enter and keeps everyone close within skill level.
In the event we only have 6 or less riders for a division in Onewheel or EUC, all riders will move to finals after chip timed qualifying. Everyone must do at least one round of chip timed qualifying. No semi-finals will be held to reduce risk of injury. If all riders agree together and want to do a side by side semi finals race for fun and to practice before the finals, that will be acceptable. All riders need to agree though.
