Sprint Duathlon

Before the start of the event, please join the swimmers at the beach for the pre-race meeting for ALL athletes
Run 1 starts under the large START flag located on the corner of US23 and Newman street. This is in front of the Edward Jones building at the train tracks.
You will be led out by the run course coordinator to the DU Turnaround sign. This indicates the halfway point on run 1. You will turn around there and head back to the venue meshing in with the swimmers as you enter the transition area under the RUN IN inflatable.
BIKE / RUN 2
You will be doing the same bike and 2nd run as the sprint athletes.
