CDR SuperHero Dash 5K and Family Challenge

ONLINE REGISTRATION HAS ENDED. DAY OF REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00am AT THE RACE.

Come join a "Super" morning of racing and family fun. The 5K run/walk can be competitive or casual and families will love our SuperHero themed obstacle course. This year, we are introducing the "Super Duper Trike Trek" featuring ten brave riders racing tricycles!

The 5K begins at 8:00 am and the Family Challenge will begin at 8:30 am.

PACKET PICK-UP IS FRIDAY, AUG. 11 at CDR, 150 POINT O'WOODS ROAD, WILLIAMSBURG, FROM 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. 

Race medals will be awarded in age group categories for Runners and Walkers. All race finishers receive a medal!

The SuperHero Family Challenge Obstacle Course is an easy but fun course to complete as a family. Avoid the Kryptonite! Go through Batman's cave! Crawl under Spiderman's web! All children in the Family Challenge will receive a medal and a T-shirt. 

The event includes children's activities, food and snacks, music and lots of fun!

This event is a major fundraiser for CDR and the children we serve. Please consider starting a fundraiser to make your participation have an even greater impact.
